When did you first develop an interest in fitness?
My interest in aerobics began my sophomore year in high school, when a friend of mine brought me to my first aerobics class. From that moment, I was hooked.

What do you enjoy most about teaching classes?
The family atmosphere gives a positive energy.

How do you relax? I paint.

Any changes in your workout over the years?
I used to do strictly aerobics. Now, I cross-train by running, swimming, cycling, aerobics, weightlifting, and kickboxing.
