When did you first develop an interest in fitness?
In high school, I watched Joannie Greggains (do you remember her?) and she made exercise fun. It was then that I knew what I wanted to do, make exercise fun.

What do you enjoy the most about teaching your class?
I like helping class members achieve fitness goals, while they enjoy themselves in the process.

Any hobbies?
Some of my hobbies are: walking my dogs in the woods, hiking with my kids in the woods (I like the woods), reading, and making desserts.

Any changes in your workout over the years?
My workouts have changed as far as the intensity (much more intense) and doing more interval workouts with different exercises and in different sequences.

Any quote you say or live by?
“Live for today, but keep tomorrow morning in mind!”
