When did you first develop an interest in yoga?
I discovered yoga in 2000, and that is when my interest in holistic health began. I've been attracted to yoga ever since.
Any hobbies?
Reading books, magazines, blogs about holistic health, the environment, etc. Walking and a hike in Sand Run Park -- or anywhere with my two-year old. Cooking new vegetarian recipes.
Do you have a favorite food, and what is it?
Unfortunately, sweets rank pretty for me, though I do try to formulate my own, somewhat healthier versions.
Any changes in your workouts over the years?
Though yoga and walking have provided enough exercise for me in the past, I am feeling the need to increase my cardio-vascular health.
