The gratification and appreciation I receive from the students.

Any “healthy” food that someone else cooks for me.

How do you relax?
I walk, do yoga, meditate, and work out.

What music do you listen to?
Anything calming…such as Nora Jones, Sarah Mclachlan, and Enya.

Any changes in your workout over the years?
More stretching and strength, less running.
