
When did you first develop an interest in fitness?
I was on the road all the time, and started running to combat eating every meal in restaurants.
What do you enjoy the most about teaching your class?
Watching people improve. They keep me on my
toes to come up with new things.
Any hobbies?
Cycling, running, working out, and photography.
How do you relax?
Good food, good wine, and good company.
Any change in your workout over the years?
A little less running and a lot more cycling.
