At 68 years of age I began a bold new adventure, strength training at RPFitness.  Under the professional direction of my personal trainer, Nikki. I am thoroughly enjoying my fitness journey.  Strength training is having a significant effect on my overall well being.  It increases my bone density, improves my posture, builds muscle, gives me more flexibility, better balance and reduces my risk of heart disease.  Every time I conclude my workout at RPFitness I know that I invested in my life; that gives me great satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment.  I look forward to each training session not only for the physical and mental benefits but also because of the wonderful relationship that I have  with my personal trainer Nikki and the staff at RPFitness.  LaVon Thomas

 

I am a 39 year old female who has been training at RPFitness for a year.  I will admit that I was a little skeptical and reluctant to start “another weight training” program.  I had had experience with weight lifting before and truly did not enjoy it.  I was always sore to the point that I couldn’t move and my joints hurt all of the time.  From the moment that I set-up the initial consultation at RPFitness I could see that this was not an ordinary program.  The level of genuine interest from all of the trainers for my individual health from weight loss to muscle strength is truly appreciated.  Not only am I more physically fit and much stronger I am able to carry on with my responsibilities to my husband and four children without the extreme muscle soreness or joint pain.  I whole-heartedly recommend this program to everyone. The convenience of training two days a week is totally achievable even with the busiest of schedules.  I truly believe that if you give it a try you will love it as much as I do!

That was my first reaction to the concept of two thirty minute workouts per week to not only stay in shape, but drastically improve overall health. I was wrong. Matt and Mike have combined the proven techniques and equipment in the health and fitness arena based upon the latest technology and science- not fads or popularity- to provide a program to fit each individuals needs. Then they provide one on one supervision to be sure you complete the routine correctly, charting each and every exercise and session to ensure maximum gain. All of this for a very reasonable price without any entangling memberships. You will not believe it until you try it as I did. -Don

At the age of 18, I had unknowingly reached the weight of 175 pounds. Through RPFitness, I have lost 25 of that over the course of 7 months. The staff is always there for encouragement when issues arise. For them, your success is their priority. Beyond weight loss, I have gotten healthy all around. My immune system used to be so terrible that I would get sick on a monthly basis. Since I started last June, I have not gotten sick once. I would accredit this to the healthy, balanced eating habits they instill in their clients, often through example. Further, I have gone from being a non-runner, to running three miles for fun. I really appreciate all that this program has done for me, my confidence, and my health. -Shanna

I have stuck with my weight training program with PWC for nearly two years. This is the first program I have stuck with for longer than a few months in my entire adult life. It's only minutes a week, but the benefits far out weigh the time commitment. The stronger I become, the more motivated I am to keep my body that way. If I let my body down, it will let me down. What differentiates RPFitness with other places I have worked out is intensity. You just cannot match the intensity level reached during a workout with Matt. - Chris

I am an RN and I thought I had solid knowledge regarding health and wellness. RPFitness/Matt has enlightened my knowledge even more! I feel I have more strength and endurance from doing the 20 minute workouts twice weekly. No more 45 minutes on the treadmill! I was having lumbar area back pain previously and since doing the lumbar exercise equipment, I no longer have lumbar pain! I can feel my body toning and I love it!! -Marci
