Face2Face® is an internationally-recognized fitness program that uses one-on-one training sessions and time efficient workouts to get the results you want. Through a series of 5 sessions, our certified personal trainers evaluate your fitness level, set achievable goals, create personalized 30-minute routines, and motivate you to succeed.
At your first appointment, a trainer tests and documents your blood pressure, resting heart rate and body measurements, and conducts simple flexibility tests. The two of you discuss your current workout regime and your fitness goals.
During your second session, a trainer provides a customized workout plan and walks you through it, concentrating on proper form and technique.
After your final session, we review your progress and celebrate your success!
