Ab Attack
This is a 45 minute class attacking the abdominal muscles along with the obliques. Stability ball, resistance tubes and/or weights may be used. All levels are welcome.
Boot Camp
Take your cardiovascular fitness to a new level with this easy-to-follow, but intense workout designed for both men and women. This is an interval class that incorporates athletic based drills. There is no complex choreography or dance moves to follow-- just a hardcore workout.
Fitness Fusion
This is a 3-part class blending equal parts of cardio, muscle conditioning, and floor pilates. This is a total body workout ideal for all fitness levels.
Medicine Ball Class
This is a unique 60 minute class of power and strength building. Moves interspersed with cardio and plyometric drills. All fitness levels are welcome.
Muscleflex
All fitness levels are welcome to this 60 minute, integrated workout that combines exercises with the use of a barbell and selected weight plates along with other equipment, such as steps, free weights, tubing and stability ball. This is a challenging, fun class.
