Yoga (level 1)
This is a 75 minute beginner to intermediate class concentrating on body alignment and flexibility along with aiding in increasing mental focus and relaxation. Options are offered to simplify the basic Hatha style yoga movements.

Yoga (level 2)
This is a 75 minute intermediate to advanced Hatha style yoga class focusing on the perfect pose in each body. It is recommended taking level 1 prior to 2, but not necessary.

Gentle Yoga
A relaxing yoga class that focuses on centering the mind, calming the body, and enlivening the soul. Perfect for beginners and those who wish to deepen their yoga practice through meditation. Dress in layers and bring a blanket.
